Please note this Payment Policy is to protect the majority of our clients who pay their fees on time.

1. Our organisation is dedicated to provide, supplies and electrical services amongst other services professionally at reasonable cost and in order to do so we must have the co-operation of our clients in terms of our invoices being paid on or before it is due (“the Due Date”).

2. Should payments not be received within 30 days from the Due Date, a 1st Late Payment Surcharge (“1LPS”) of 2.5% will apply and this will be noted to you in our First Credit Control Letter.

3. Should payments of the invoice amount and the above 1LPS of 2.5% not be received within a further 30 days (i.e. 60 days after the Due Date), a Second Credit Control Letter will be sent, with you incurring a 2nd Late Payment Surcharge (“2LPS”) of an additional 2.5% will apply and this will be noted to you in our Second Credit Control Letter.

4. Should payments of the invoice amount and the above 2LPS of 2.5% not be received within a further 30 days (i.e. 90 days after the Due Date), a Third Credit Control Letter will be sent, with you incurring a 3rd Late Payment Surcharge (“3LPS”) of an additional 5% will apply and this will be noted to you in our Third Credit Control Letter.

5. Should payments of the invoice amount and the above 3LPS of 5% not be received within a further 30 days (i.e. 120 days after the Due Date), a Fourth Credit Control Letter will be sent, with you incurring a 4th Late Payment Surcharge (“4LPS”) of an additional 5% will apply and this will be noted to you in our Forth Credit Control Letter.

6. Should payments of the invoice amount and the above 4LPS of 5% not be received within a further 30 days (i.e. 150 days after the Due Date), a Fifth Credit Control Letter will be sent, with you incurring a 5th Late Payment Surcharge (“5LPS”) of an additional 5% will apply and this will be noted to you in our Fifth Credit Control Letter.

7. Should payments of the invoice amount and the above 5LPS of 5% not be received within a further 30 days (i.e. 180 days after the Due Date), the outstanding amount will be considered a legal debt and we will have no option but to instruct professional debt collectors to commence legal action against you either where the assets are situate or where you are resident. You will also be liable for all outstanding legal cost, interest and related fees.
